We are happy to announce that, based on our plans, another national road element has been built in connection with the development of the Paks bridge. The new route creates a shorter travel distance between Highway no. 51 and Motorway M6, also tying the western Hungarian regions closer to Mid-Hungary, formerly fragmented by the Danube.
The total length of the designed road is 26 km with 3 new roundabouts and 6 ecological corridors.
It was a key aspect to connect the surrounding settlements with a network that is also suitable for cycling.
Related plans were created by our road&water utility design team, while our bridge design team participated in the elaboration of the Danube bridge’s design documentation.
