Brief description of building:
The building is a seven-storied reinforced concrete structure built on an estate surrounded be existing buildings. There are cellar and attic levels and five stories including the ground floor.
Area: 805 m2, of which 230 m2 are cellar and uncovered garage. Each floor have 5 apartments.
Brief description of structure:
The structure consists of pier frames placed in a raster of 7.60 m x 7.60 m and 6.70 m x 7.10 and reinforced concrete slabs.
The base slab has a 45-60 cm thickness and an area of ~800 m2. The other 6 slabs are 28 cm thick (except for the attic slab with 20 cm) and a total ~2700 m2 gross area.
