The building is a reinforced concrete frame structure consisting of slabs and piers and is stabilized by staircase and elevator walls, ramps. The base slab is 60 cm thick and is ~1600 m2. The structure is divided into two units.

The ground slab is 30 cm thick where it is covered by earth and 25 cm thick elsewhere. The other slabs are 24 cm thick and the 6 of them have a total gross area of ~9000 m2.
