The building is a reinforced concrete frame structure with an area of ~1300 m2. The base slab is 40 cm thick. Walls underground are either monolith reinforced concrete structures either reinforced precast shuttering blocks. The roof is a special steel structure, circular in plan view, having that circularity being present in the gallery's slab.
There's a cellar with high clearance under the building of which covering slab has an area of ~1200 m2. The gallery's slab and the slab beside it have a total area of ~650 m2. Slabs are 25 cm thick.
A 20 cm thick slab of ~130 m2 is connected to the dome, what is supported by slim columns and a circular reinforced concrete edge beam under the steel roof structure.
There are three ramps connected to the building which needed special traffic design.
